You're talking Applelink Compression Utility, a real fossil there. It dates
back to when AOL was ALPE and the software to use it cost $35.

Kinda surprising that Shrinkit doesn't do those. Maybe 8 bit Shrinkit or
BLU (another fossil) can do it.
