Emulator Questions

Hello,
What does the group feel is the best emulator for Apple II?  I am currently
evaluating Oasis and it looks real good.  I'd like better documentation
though since my A2 skills are somewhat limited compared to other platforms.

Do any of  the A2 emulators support communications through Winsock?
(Example: I have an emulator for Atari 8-bit computers which I can run my
old Atari BBS program and it is accessible through the internet.  Can any of
the A2 emulators do that?)
