I just took a look, and noticed it says:

"DiskCopy images are available in both StuffIt/MacBinary format and in Zip
format. All DiskCopy images are in DiskCopy 4.2 format."

Try downloading the ones in zip format, and an unzip utility.  It may be
that they are using a newer version of Stuffit than you have. I have run
into that problem, I only have an older version of Stuffit which is not
compatible with some newer archives. You will also need DiskCopy 4.2 to
transfer the images to floppy, which you can download from Apple.
