Re: Using both sides of double sided disks



Oddly enough (to me) the WordPerfect distribution disks are both notched on
both sides, and have two of the little holes on either side of the large
central hole.  I assumed the two little holes were necessary for double side
use.

As an amusing aside, I bought WP in 1987 or so.  At that time, 3.5" disks
were very exotic, and I never did acquire an Apple 3.5" drive for my IIc.

However, WordPerfect came with three double sided 5-1/4" disks and one 3.5"
disk.  I probably took the 3.5" floppy out, looked at it, and put it back in
its envelope in the manual until yesterday.

Here is an image of the disk label, which was just about falling off.
