None...

28pin DIP IWM: 128, 512, Plus, SE at least (I have an SE motherboard
in front of me as I write). Socketed (at least on the SE).

44pin PLCC IWM: II. Socketed.

44pin PLCC SWIM: IIsi, IIcx etc. Soldered.

At a guess the SE/30 might have been the first Mac with the SWIM as standard.
