Help making apple IIgs bootdisk

Ok,
I have a IIGS I just bought, it has no boot disk
or anything.  I want to know how to make a boot
disk for it.  I have a windows pc, a classic II,
and a plus with and external 800k drive so I got
the image of the net with my pc, used Basilisk II
to copy to a mac disk, I put it on my classic II
and used the external 800K drive to put the image
on the disk using Disk Copy 4.2.  Except when it
tries to copy the disk I get "error (-67) error
occured while copying/verifiying disk"  And it
won't write the disk, is their something special
i need to do that i'm not doing?  Please help me
