You are not going to like this

crossworks will not run under 95 or 98 even clicking on the msdos promt. it
should have working If you booted from an msdos floopy provded com1 was free
you cannot use com2 for crossworks. The reason you could not see the hard
disk with the floopy was probabbly because the dos volume was to big for the
version of dos you have booted
