OK --- the next time I have enough spare time, I'll look up an equal
number of web sites which defines freeware as including PD stuff.  I'm
quite positive it's out there somewhere, and not just in the Jargon file..

A sensible decision .... one can be out on the web forever....

That's not my claim -- note that I don't say freeware exclude copyrighted
free stuff!

...or the dialect on the Jargon file.  I'm not alone using that semantics
of the word "freeware".
