Well, if worse come to worse... You could use an emulator and Shrinkit to
make an archive of the disk which could be transferred to the II. This
may present other problems with extracting the file if the emulator can't
handle serial transfers. If you're on a PC, you could handle this part
with the Apple Oasis utilities. A PC with Linux offers more options since
Kegs can read 2img files and HFS partitions. Create a shk file with GSHK
on the HFS partition and let Linux transfer it to the II via serial port.

Just a thought or three.
