(Sigh) Yes, I know all this. I've used about 30 different types of
computer - am not a beginner. Problem is, none
of the solutions mentioned everywhere seem to actually WORK! The Mac
keeps messin' with mah files. But how do you get it
to keep its mitts OFF these ProDOS shk's, so that you can actually
unpack 'em? Why doesn't Protype do its work and turn 'em into actually
usable files? (Changing the file type doesn't seem to do it..)

All kinds of things, but all of it seems to be in shk format on the Net.
Which is fine as long as it's actually usable without going thru all
kinds of hoops.
