Piracy issues aside, shk files are actually very easy to use, on an Apple
II that is. The problem folks seem to have comes from transporting them
through another computer system/OS. I have used shk/sdk files for years
and they are my preferred method of Apple II archives and originally the
approved archival method for most Apple II files. Even more so when they
had the extra header included, bxy I think.
