I have 3 different kinds of SCSI cards on hand of which only the Rev C
will work on the II+, the others require a IIe or IIgs. The Rev C
unfortunately doesn't appear to support CD drives as far as I can tell.
I have a few CD drives that'll work with a Ramfast or Apple Hi-Speed
SCSI card but neither of those cards'll work in a II+.

I've burned ProDOS CDs for my IIe and IIgs so I can handle the format
part if I had a CD drive in the II+.
