What it says may be deceiving if one is unaware of the possible
meanings.  I initially thought as you did, but that Z8 processor gave
me some pause.

After some more research, I think it is more likely a Unifile/Duofile
controller for the Apple III.

The Unifile and Duofile were twiggy drives for the Apple 2 and Apple 3
that were never released.
