Concerning AppleWorks and AppleWorks GS

I just received an email from a certain house cat and delphi member
advising me that AppleWorks and AppleWorks GS will soon become available in
some way and fashion via Joe Kohn and Shareware Solutions II.

I also noticed that Joe Kohn and Shareware Solutions II -  has some 'Earth
Shattering New's' with a pending announcement to offer to the Apple II
community in the near future.

I'm just wondering if there is any truth in the email concering this 
matter or if it's simply more (as I call it) bop-bait???
