You implied that he was making people have to do more work.  I was
just pointing out that he is expecting the same from everyone and
isn't making anyone else do any more work than what is expected of
other reclassification projects.

they will be illegally distributing Merlin.  If they don't wait before
making it available then there is some chance that they will be
illegally distributing Merlin.  How much of a chance, I have no idea.

If it turns out that Merlin is copyrighted by someone other than Glen
Bredon, and they can show the court that they could make at least
$1000 from it (10 people at $100 each or 20 people at $50 each or
whatever wouldn't be hard to find) then it probably could be tried in
criminal court.
