I for one appreciate Tom's efforts. However we have a potential error.
You'll notice that of all of Glenn's software Tom cleared as public
domain, only Merlin was questioned. Roger Wagner is credited with
copyright on Merlin's splash screen. Unless Tom can clarify this it's
only fair to check this with Roger or Glenn (unfortunately impossible).
