Sure you can. I currantly have a 2x NEC connected to a Ramfast
SCSI card on my IIe. Used to have a 4x Toshiba connected to it
but a family member needed a CD player for their Mac. If the CD
is bootable on a IIe then you can even boot your IIe off it.
I have a CD burner on another computer with which I make ProDOS
CDs.
I've never tried it with other SCSI cards so I don't know how well
they work.
