Just a jolt of reality here, who are you going to get to fabricate the chip,
and have you looked into what you would be charged to do that (setup costs, as
well as manufacturing?)
Dreaming is nice, and nothing will get done if there isn't a dream first, but
to see this through you need goals, and plans for meeting those goals.
