I'm the one who first mentioned it, and I did so because in a conversation with
him I wondered if he wanted people to know about it. I had earlier mentioned
what I would like in a new II, and that might be where the idea came from about
Bill's as a replacement.

Well, perhaps the issue to debate is "What is the ideology of the Apple II?"
