3-1/2" floppy model designations

OK, here's a question.

I have an 5.25" floppy drive compatible with a IIc+ designated as follows:

Apple 5.25 Drive
Model No. A9M0107
(Grey case, flat on top, red indicator LED)

My question is:

What is the "companion" 3-1/2" drive for this model, i.e, one that matches
the case, LED color, etc?  All the ones designated "Apple 3.5 Drive that I
have seen illustrated show lengthwise decorative grooves on the top (a la
the half-height IIc external drive).
