Try using the Page Layout Module. Set the Page Setup to Landscape,
create two text boxes, side-by-side with an amount between them that
will give you the fold, then set the left "column" to flow from the
bottom to the top of the right "column". Then either import your text
or copy and paste in in from the word processor module.
