Thank you for replying! I would also take the time to thank the others who
responded to me via e-mail.
When I download Disk Copy 4.2 from Apple's web site, I receive a
"Disk_Copy_4.2.sea.bin" file. When I drop this file into Aladdin Expander 5.0,
I receive a "Disk Copy 4.2.sea" file, which I assume is a self-extracting file.
I copied this file to a Mac formatted floppy (using Mac Opener) and then
inserted this into the Mac. I double-clicked on the file "Disk Copy 4.2.sea",
but receive the Mac error 'The file could not be opened/printed. The
application may be busy/missing'. If I drop the file "Disk Copy 4.2.sea" into
Aladdin Expander, Aladdin Expander reports that it is unable to further expand
the file.
I've also enabled the option in the Aladdin Expander program on my PC to
"Always create resource files", which creates (2) files: "Disk Copy 4.2.sea"
and ""Disk Copy 4.2.sea.rsrc". Again, I walk these over to my Mac and receive
the same error message.
There's gotta be something simple which I'm doing wrong. I apologize for my
Mac ignorance.
P.S.
If anyone has a simple Mac terminal program they can e-mail me, that would be
appreciated also.
