I don't have to.  The burden of proof is on anyone who wishes to
distribute those titles to prove that they have been reclassified to
allow legal distribution in that way.  If no proof is given that they
have been reclassified, then the only information we, the authorites
and the courts have to go on is the last written wishes of the
copyright holder.  This would be the original copyright notice and
software license agreement that was on those titles.
