you can find old sider 10mb hd's on ebay sometimes for between 20 and 40
bucks...but would be better off getting a focus internal slot hd of 300 meg
from (uses and ide hd on the card from a laptop ..the laptop hd comes with
card)

if you don't want that xebec card i'll take it off your hands...you can
check with people on the net too verify this..but it is worth prob $5..i'll
give you that plus shipping in that i have around 2 or 3 of them i plan on
putting up my original 1983 apple net dos 3.3 bbs software and it allows
apple // dos 3.3 on a hd (sider's)

i currently have 2 apple // gs's on my www site / system that are telnetable
via the www page or straigtht telenet..they make ok doors they are old apple
// bbs pkgs called tpro RPG bbs (role playing game with bbs built around it)
and fv/metal 4.0xev (which has around 40 games etc)

anyway ...they make ok door/slave machines off main site and other game
servers i have here

the site is free..2hrs a day instant signup and on a T1

so just so you know why the xebec card is worth $5 to me..(if i ever get
around to this project)

anyway...good luck ..again the focus ide drive is prob the way to go
