Don't recall those options. If you are talking about disk image sector
ordering, it is independent of disk content. In general, all 5.25" diskette
images should be in DOS 3.3 order and have the .dsk suffix.
An image file with the ".po" suffix is supposed to have ProDOS sector
ordering. (Images with names ending in ".do" are supposed to have DOS 3.3
sector ordering. The ".do" suffix has fallen into disuse in favor of ".dsk".)
In going from disk image file ---> diskette, you pick the sector
ordering which matches the image file sector ordering. The target diskette
can, almost always, be a DOS 3.3 INITed diskette.
