Forget the IIgs RGB monitor.  The IIc sends out a more "raw" RGB signal that is
for the flat LCD screen monitor or for conversion by a Video7 RGB converter.  I
use one with an LCD overhead projector panel so that I can get eight gray
scales when I'm giving a demonstration at the club meeting.
Just plug an RCA connector in  the back of the IIc and into the back of the
newer TVs or any VCR and select a "Video", "Cable" or "Camera" input.
