Bob, you're way offbase here.  The discussion re: emulation
has always pointed out that you need to own the GS in
order to legally have a copy of the ROM.  If it's available
elsewhere (and yes, I know it is), then using those copies
are illegal.  This is noted on the A2Web
(http://wbwip.com/a2web) under the emulators section, and
also on the Bernie website:
(http://www.magnet.ch/emutech/Bernie). You might want
to check these out before you accuse emulation folk of
being pirates.  Matter of fact, most AREN'T, do still
have their Apple II's and are using emulation, yes, as a
faster machine, and also to save deskspace if they've
had to add a new machine to their desks.  Calling them
pirates makes me think you're trying to fan a few flames
around here.  :)
