Getting a disposable anonymous account sounds like something you'd do.
Wait a minute.  You've already done so!

Nice try, coward.  I have a freind who was mailbombed.  He's new to
computers and doesn't know much about them.  He shut his computer down
and called me up.  A quick call to his ISP cleared up the situation.
You can also send a DELETE command to your ISP and delete the message
without downloading it.  Another method:  see a mailbomb downloading?
Note the senders address, Quit your mail program, start it up again,
BLOCK messages from that sender, and check your mail again.  3 methods
that will get it done.

If you twiddled your thumbs while hours of MP3's came through to your
machine, you are the stupid one.  Even if you didn't twiddle your
thumbs.
