Re: Ancient wares and present values

Hiya, Bob.

 *>Intelligence!

It doesn't come when you call for it, Bob.. you have to be
born with it, or work for it. :)

*>> THAT is what I mean by "information", AssTricks.

*>Thanks for making that clear. Get a dictionary.
Information is anything
 *>that can be known.

My dictionary defines it at: n. 1. Knowledge acquired or
derived; facts; data. 2. Timely or specific knowledge; news.
3. The act of informing, or the act of being informed.

I'll stick to my argument, Bob. Someone has to "acquire"
that knowledge, or "derive" it from previously known
knowledge. Therefore, your assertion that information is
anything that CAN be know is false. Your tense is incorrect.
If it isn't known, it isn't information.

I hope you learned something from this experience. ;)

*>For instance, you are a coward.

And you are a fool. There. Now that we've traded insults,
I'll show why you are a liar as well.

Since I'm experienced at tangling with those with no morals,
I've found that it's not smart to leave an easy target for
them to lob mailbombs and other nasties at.

What's a mailbomb? Well, get a disposable e-mail account,
load it with lots of .mp3's, and send a letter to your
favorite enemy saying "I thought you might enjoy listening to
these!". Attach your load of .mp3's and us poor suckers with
slow access get to twiddle our thumbs for however many hours
it takes to download the damn things.

The Turlettes aren't nice folks. I won't play into their
hands. Call me names if you wish. I'll just blow you off as
another unthinking fool.

*>Are you going to sue me for stealing that information? I
dont' think so,

Nah... You're too stupid to have much money. ;)

*>you share that information every time you post here.
There are synonyms
*>for lots of things, but some have a slightly different
meaning.

Yah.. that sorta defines synonyms. ;)

*>> Now you can tell US how you can have information without
*>> form, format or presentation. Give it your best shot,
 *>> Doofus.

*>Information exists. You don't have to present it, form
it, or format it.

Yes you do, Bob. There is no other way of acquiring it.

*>Dirt is rocks, trees, animals that have decomposed. It
exists.

The existance of dirt is not in question. Dirt is not
information. However, the knowledge that dirt was composed
of rocks, decomposed animals and such was _acquired_. Folks
had to work to find these facts. They should get credit for
their discoveries, and if it is patentable, then they should
receive recompense.

Now, you and that bozo, AssTricks seem to be from the same
school that the rest of the Turlettes come from. Obviously,
you've never chased down a fact in your lives, so you don't
know the effort that it takes.

But you want the rewards anyway. Free.

*>> Personally, AssTricks, you should look into a brain
 *>> transplant.
 *>>

*>You are one of the most intelligent posters I've ever
read.

Ah... Sarcasm. Not bad. ;)

 *>I know why you call yourself a 'cat'. You're a 'scared-y
cat'.

 *>You are a coward.

Well, since I've already addressed this, I'll let it lie.
Perhaps you should leave this kind of stuff to Imbecilicon
and RosyWanker, Bob. You're not well suited for it.

 *>Bob
