Everything I have read about copyrights says that you can't copyright
a word or short phrase. You can trademark your product or company
logo and other people can't use that logo without your permission but
the words in the logo can be used without permission in certain
situations. In this situation, the newsletter hasn't existed for a
number of years and I don't know the length of time trademarks stay in
effect so this could all be pointless musings anyway.
Then there is the fact that A2-Central the newsletter is written as
A2-Central and A2Central.com the web site doesn't have the dash and
also has a .com after it.
Regardless of whether I'm right or not, if Eric were to ask for
permission, I'm 99.99% sure he'd get it in a heartbeat.
