Jeff, I'm not so sure you're right on that. McDonald's, I believe, owns the use of
"Mac*" and I think Apple had to pay them a few to call Lisa's little brother
Macintosh. Further, they did have to make a deal with Coke to use the work
"Classic" with the MacClassic.
