That's what I do on ebay. I just start the bidding at a reasonable amount I
want, and let the public decide what they want to pay for it. Very rarely have
I ever did a reserve auction. I don't like them, and I figure why not start
the bidding at the reserve price. Stuff I have sold went for far more than I
thought it would, and some stuff didn't come close. But at least I got rid of
it.
