Would be nice if somebody would just take it and throw it into a
world-readable directory.  The point of a non-world-readable directory
is to prevent "bad people" from using it as a drop point, but given
how long that stuff has been sitting there it's unlikely to contain
anything less legal than the accessible contents of the web site.  (Did
I phrase that diplomatically enough?)
