Re: Another Newbie IIgs User



I downloaded the 6.01 files onto floppy disks. Are you suggesting that I
copy the 2nd desk over to a 5.25" floppy disk (is this the 800K disk)?
I don't really know anything about this Apple system since I've always been
a pc user.
Now, we have 3 IIgs machines (all from the school). Can I install AppleShare
in one of the other two?  I still need to read up on how to install from a
floppy disk.  I know how to install programs on a Windows pc, using Apple is
like having to learn an entirely new language.
As far as reformating from the Finder, as I wrote, we don't have the Finder
on the Apple IIgs that I have running now. I haven't had time to check the
other two machines yet.
