Beagle's Big.U

I have a Beagle Bros/ disk called Big.U. It has a number of handy
utilities, but no documentation. Most I have figured out, but their is
one called Hex that I think is a hexadecimal to decimal converter.
However, I haven't found the sytax to make it work. Also the Dump
commands are a bit mysterious. 

There is also a handy file copy program called file.mover. It works
fine on Prodos 1.1.1 that came on the disk, but goes into some sort of
uncontrolled dump when you go to view a catalog under prodos 1.9 or
2.03, which are the other versions I have. So, is there a Filer.mover
version newer than 1.0 that works with the later version of Prodos 8?
Is there another handy disk utility other than Apples system utilities
that will run on the Later versions of Prodos so I can diddle with
files without having to unload Basic?
