Thanks Greg. I had not read anything good or bad about it, and I got the
feeling from some people that they preferred the older AW, so I wondered
why.

The HP IIP is an el cheapo HP which AFAIK doesn't emulate (?) a Laserwriter.
I found an old Pacific Page Postscript cartridge for it, but I don't have
docs. However, I thought I could connect it up as a Laserwriter on a serial
port, and since the Postscript is compatible, have a chance of success.
