It's for the PC Transporter. The ribbon cable plugs into the PC transporter,
the male DB15 plugs into the RGB port on the IIgs and the monitor cable
goes into the Female DB15.
The ideas supposed to be when the PC Transporter is active to let it use the
IIgs monitor.
