Well, I went to the AltaVista search engine, entered "Atari SC1435
monitor" and the first link it gave me was:

     http://www.gamesx.com/avpinouts/sc1435.htm

This page has the pinout for a DE-9 connector.

As this monitor is intended for the Atari ST it probably will work
with the IIgs but that page didn't have any specifics on the signals
(impendence, peak to peak voltages, etc) so I can't say for sure.
