The web page is out of date.  Joachim Lange does have provide
the 1.8 ROM.  Just email him via the address on the web site
and he'll give you the information.  His pricing is not unreasonable.
It is the price of the EPROM chip.  If you buy it with the cache
card, then separate shipping from Germany is not needed either.
