Roy,
i usually try to keep out of this 'holy war' but when i read this message,
i thought 'wait a minute' i remembered something about this rom....
and going through ///SHH Systme's web site at this url:
http://www.wbwip.com/shh/twgscache.html
i found this...
<quote>
Another important note
=======================
The TransWarp GS firmware version 1.5 that came with the TransWarp
8K version does not work with 32K cache boards. You absolutely need
v1.7 or v1.8 for 32K cache operation. Since the firmware is
copyrighted material, we cannot supply copies of the firmware.

now i am not criticizing anyone here, i just thought this was an
interesting 'fact' that sheds and interesting shade of fuschia
on the situation....
sloopy.
P.S.: READ THE NOTICE! (thank you ;')

That's an assumption Tom. I thought assumptions (according to you) have no place
here?

That's a logical leap worthy of the Grand Canyon. Very poor syllogism Tom.

So why give what he sells?

Come on Tom, what did you just say? He's selling it, reasonably, and you are giving
it a way. A one man business looks for every shekel it can make. Why take it from
him? Why not send people to him instead, and help to support his business and
support his support of the Apple ][.

But only those who don't care about Mr. Lange's evident right to sell that code.
