Nope. Disk Copy _can't_ handle ProDOS disks.

Yes. The Erase Disk command. If you have PC Exchange installed, it can
format a disk as ProDOS, _with_ boot tracks.

Here's basically what I do (actually, it _is_ what I do):

1. Make a copy of the disk in DiskCopy.
2. Reinsert the disk and copy all the ProDOS files to an empty folder on
the hard disk.
3. Reformat the disk as ProDOS via Erase Disk...
4. Copy the files from the temporary folder back to the disk.
