Well, of course if your game or application is on dos 3.3, that is
automatically on most A2's.  Some things for prodos do not come with prodos on
the disk but most commercial stuff, like later Carmen San Diegos do have it on
there.  

CP/M is really before my time.  I am interested though.

But I have put prodos on many disks to make applications bootable.

I have made quite a few 3.5 inch disk into menu boots with Mighty Menu and
Superbye from Softdisk.  I sure loved (and love) Softdisk.  I still play with
the solitaire and crosswords, I have placed them all on 3.5 disks and run the
solitaire from mighty menu.  I could just write my own startup, but I did it
the lazy way.
