If you can boot DOS 3.3, you can plug in a Super Serial Card (SSC). Then
you can download ADT v1.22 to your PC and transfer it to your Apple II. (See
http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2T1TCOM.html .) ADT will let you transfer
disk images (.dsk files) you download from the net to PC. When transferred
via ADT to your Apple II, disk images end up as diskettes.
See http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2FLUTILS.html for information
about disk images.
Note: Apple II's need to use Double Density (DD) 5.25" diskettes. PC 1.2MB
(HD) diskettes will not work.
Note: If you do not yet have a way to boot DOS 3.3, you can download and
transfer it. (Again, you will need a serial card to communicate with your
PC.) See Ground at ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/upl2000/Mar/ and get
dos33dmp.zip or see the GS WorldView March 2000 issue at
http://www.grin.net/~cturley/gsezine/GS.WorldView/v2000/Mar/index.html and
click on "Transfer DOS 3.3".
There are many good utilities and games on disk images. A very good
collection of utilities on disk images is available on Ground at
ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/useful.stuff/Disks/ . You can also find
utilities, languages, etc. on disk image on Asimov and the Asimov Georgia
mirror. Asimov is currently down; the Asimov Georgia mirror URL is
ftp://mirror.apple.asimov.net .

You may want to change the positions of the drives and swap any labels.
(Practically speaking, if the computer thinks your "Disk 2" is Disk 1, then,
it is.)

I don't know. Maybe someone else here does.
