Both the following URLs worked for me:

    http://apple2.tffenterprises.com
    ftp://apple2.tffenterprises.com/pub/apple2

That URL worked for me too but simply too me to the same place as the
ftp URL I posted above.  Probably best to use the new names because we
don't know how long the old ones will continue working.
