No, my only problem with Tom's first upload of ProSel was that it was an old
version, v8.83, and not the last one Bredon released, v8.84. Tom also put my
notice about it with the upload, which made it look like it was uploaded by me.
Those techicalities were all I objected to. All were quickly corrected. I don't
think we can stop uploading if something is designated free or PD.
