Re: Memory chips in IIC?
How many of the chips are there? I know the IIc has 128k ram (DOH! almost
put 128M hahhaha), and tis 8 bits wide. :) You can gather the width of the
chip from there by counting.
I'm guessing wildly that its a 4164 type chip, with which you can substitute
the more common and often tosse dout 41256 chips (256kx1), and just tie pin
1 to ground or +5v. If you really wanna know bout the 41256's, I'll tell
ya. :) For now, it's magic.
