The graphics is standard on the 2c tests. On mine, it displayed
several screens then stopped on a text screen. I think the later
models actually displayed a text message if ok. If yours showed
more than one screen, it should be ok, but you may still want to
try a ram tester.

One thing to note, this test does not check the floppy drive. Your
problem may be related to a misaligned floppy or dirty head. But you
said you tried another drive so we go back to the floppy disk. In
this case you need to test the disk on a known Apple II system.

As for changing the ram, I think that is soldered to the
motherboard. Not a job to take lightly.
