This is not a similar forum, however. It is CSA2, not #CSAPirate2, or
#CSAwarez2. Are you really surprised you're getting nailed for encouraging
warez in a non-warez channel? To extend the analogy, the ops would have
banned you long ago...

Doesn't give you the right to rip them off and disrespect their
intellectual property. All that's required is asking the original author
-- it's not that hard. Heck, they'd probably say yes and then we wouldn't
have this discussion. And if they said no, why can't you just not use the
software?
