The drive itself isn't a problem. It's quite easy to upgrade an 800k
drive to 1.44mb. Problem is the IIgs drive port will still see the
1.44mb drive as 800k. To use it as a 1.44mb drive you need a
"3.5 " disk cuntroller card" also called a SuperDrive card.
Unfortunately these cards aren't that common. Shreve Systems
in louisiana had some for about $60 and might have some left.
