Do they hate the IIGS?  Yes.

Do they remember AppleWorks GS?  Yes.  One user emailed me.
A Windows user at that.  He needed to convert AppleWorks files.
He presented his problem to Apple and told them he had an Apple II.
Apple said no problem because AppleWorks 5 can import Apple II
AppleWorks files.

So they do remember.  ;-)

It is not pointless to ask also because you know that when users
asked, Apple released HyperCard for the Apple IIGS.
